A Visit of Michelin inspectors

Buenos tardes (Good afternoon), everybody. One month has already passed like one day and every day I am more and more convinced that I made the right choice of place of my internship. This week was not easy but busy and hard.

First of all, should be said that we moved to another apartment in other town. So it is another story about our schedule: we go to work by bus but to come back there is no buses during night. In this case we are so lucky because people from our kitchen are really kind and take care about us to pick us up to new home.

Secondary, this week was a visit of Michelin inspectors in the restaurant. So we worked hard to have perfect service for them. It was said that they will come back in summer time with final verdict about next Michelin star. Woooow, it was so amazing to see how it is happening by my own eyes. I am happy to have this experience.

One more thing that I really like: during service people can can easily go to the kitchen to say hello to those who prepare food for them.

Therefore, tomorrow I start again to work hard but without sacrificing my time and effort because it's worth it. But during day off my friend and I use time with pleasure finding new and good places for rest, relax and have fun.
