Getting ready for it

Hello, everyone!

Unbelievable how time is flying away. But it is good to feel more experienced and confident without so much worry and care about everything. Another one more week of study already done and I would like to share with you about it.

I can say that it was one of the most interesting weeks of study. I really like how our chefs are teaching us and giving really only necessary knowledge and skills. One day we had a smelling test. Our chef prepared around 24 jarks with different scents. The goal was to recognize a particular smell with closed eyes. All of us had good results and a lot of fun.

Also, started time for events. We are going to do different dinner services on each Saturday. The main aim of doing it is to teach us to be organized and independent.

And it is really cool when our chef is taking us to the beach with some bear to just sit, realax, and think about future plans.

My free time I like to spend with our "freshers". It is really nice to share got experience with them and help tthem to decide what to chose for their internships.
