Brought me back to life

Hello everyone!

I hope you are doing well.

Finally I have news from which I am so happy. I am moved back to Lasarte restaurant as already new girl come on my place to Oria. I am glad to see some people who came to work in Lasarte also. It is like breath of fresh air with start to learn new things, see everything so much organized and professionally.

All kitchen parted on 3 parts of startes (snacks, starters and one dish "tibia"), fish, meat, pastry.So, now I stay on starters station with my chef. We have 4 dishes which plate really easy but if it is not perfect you will have a big problems. About mise en place time, like in any kitchen goes fast but we have so many things to do. But we are a good team and for sure doing it good. What I really like is that everyhing goes on time and we have time to breath (what is really different from Oria).
