Black sea treasures night

Hello all of you!

Honestly, this week was crazy as it was a turn for my event. In general, if to talk about organization and created menu the result was not bad but we had a problem with reservaion so at all we had only 8 people. In general, people were satisfied.

So, have been 4-courses menu:

  • Anchovy bread with salty coriander butter

  • Course 1 – Starter: Ravioli with scathe fish filling, mussels and parmesan veloute

  • Course 2 – Main: Filled sea bass with cauliflower pure and vegetable garden

  • Course 3 – Fresh basil lemonade

  • Course 4 – Dessert: Lemon cream with Italian meringue and sucree crumbs

  • White wine and rose wine

Also, we had really creative decorations done by my colleagues.

Finally, calculations and all other paper works have been done. And now we keep going with other event. It is giving us opportunity to grow and be more experienced being more organized.
