The end and new beginning

Hello everybody!

Sorry for not writing that long here. There were some changes in my institute and as practice showed in my life also. Anyway, we have finished semester friendly and unforgettable with great Ten course menu using dishes from our previous internship.

Time past and now it is already moment for my second internship. A lot of my friend already there but I am going in few days. You would ask where this time? So, Spain as I was thining before. 3 Michelin stars restaurant Lasarte of Martin, in The Hotel Monument, Barcelona. I tried to get as much information about it as I could but I will tell you later when I will see it in real. My plan is simple: to learn and see as much as I can and try do not compere this time to previous as it is absolutly different places.
