Busy days

Hello, everybody! Last week was really hard and this week is even worse because we had only one day off and now we are working more hours because there are holidays and more people want to come.

So, on previous week we had a visit of Michelin inspector again. We were doing our best and he said that they will visit restaurant one more time later.

Also, what I want to say that I started to do more and more things. I already know how to do all ice creams what we have. It is vanilla, pepper, coffee, caramel, apple and coconut ice creams. We are using special ice cream machine to do out life easier. It is so interesting for me to learn more and more.

Also I am doing a lot of elements of decoration for desserts like cinnamon sticks, points of cinnamon crumble and spaghetti of milk infusion.

I like everything what I am doing. Yes, it is not easy but life is like that and to reach something we just have to work insistently, what I am trying to do.

Now few words about our one day off. We spent it in the best way. We were on boat with all our friendly kitchen family. It was really good time: ocean, sun, good people, rest and relax. Thank them for this possibility.
