Obtained new responsibilities and skills
Hello, everybody! I am doing good and already with more self-confidence in starters. New chefs are amusing, despite the fact that they do not speak English well but still we understand each other even without words.
So, what is important in starters? It is to be always fast and think about each detail all time because if you missed something you fucked up. Chef taught me this in hard way but firstly it was good for me to be able do everything perfect. How did they do that? First, they are checking me all the time. To be honest, in the beginning I was thinking that they do not trust me but then I understand that it should be like that. Second, they put timer almost for everything what I am doing and it is good because now I can finish much earlier then timer. Thank you them for that.
