Learn, enjoy, work hard and move again

Hello, everybody! This week was last for me in starters because next week I will move to hot section, fish and it will be a much different story but now a bit more about starters and the general atmosphere in the kitchen during the working process.
So starters..... It was only three weeks but..... As I already said that starters chefs tried to make me strong, fast and perfect at the same time. And I hope they are satisfied with the result. BUT! I would like to tell thank CAI and chefs for passed experience and necessary training to the real world because without it I would never manage what I reach now. I have never thought I say this but thank Kris Zysk that you did not spare us and now I can spend hours in fridge preparing gelatins, cutting a lot and do not feel pain in my hands, cleaning and do not get mad that I have to do that......

And I love everything that I am doing. And I understand if you do not love - better do not do. You should enjoy and be ready for more, always.
So, next week will be new, will be fish and hot and I am ready for everything that will make me stronger and better. I am looking forward to share my new achievements.
P. S. Send a video about spending amusing time looking at sunset on Tenerife.... what can be better, life is wonderful.
