Now we will miss our family

Hello, everybody. Everything is good. I keep enjoying my life on Tenerife and my job in M. B.

So, it was our last week in M. B. before the closing of the restaurant for a vacation for one month. In this manner, we will work in another restaurant of Chef Martín Berasategui but about it a bit later.

Now about last week. My chef likes my work in a fish station and trust me a lot. He told me that after the vacation we will have three new dishes instead of two old. And will be new commis chef, so I need to teach him rest of old dishes and they will teach us together new ones. I am so excited about that and looking forward.

Also, this week we cleaned a lot because of the vacation. It was really deep cleaning of everything but in a smart way, parts by parts, little by little. So we did not get really tired but we used really strong detergent (if you are not using gloves it will eat your hands). And in the end we left our kitchen clean and empty and with tears in eyes because will miss our chefs-friends so much. But we will have time to gain more necessary skills and new friends in other really good restaurant.

Thus, from tomorrow I need to get used to new schedule and rules but looking forward to learn new stuff.
