TXOKO by chef Martín Berasategui
Hello, everyone!
Already the second week in Txoko passed really fast but still, there are three more. So, I had the chance to learn in starters but also I was trying to help in pastry to see more and more. It was good. I learned all mice en plance and plating of each dish. And from next week they will move me to hot section (but about that later).
And now let's also see what they offer on their menus. There are two types of menu. The first one is the stable menus. The second is chef menu, it is not stable because they are checking it each day before work. So, each day we have like 5 minutes to talk about some changes, news and what we will sale today from chef menu ( and it is depending on the products that delivered).

Also, that would like to mention, we have boards where chefs write a list of what to do every day. So work is organized and coordinated.
That is it for today. Next week will be again a bit different for me but it is good to do new and new stuff. Therefore, about more experience in a new post.
P. S. And like always I am sending some pictures from my days off for you to see my paradise. But to be honest last days off for me is just chilling and resting without a lot of fun because sometimes I feel really tired but this is pleasant fatigue.
