Saying sad bye to Txoko and happy hello to M.B.

Hello, friends!

My last week in Txoko already passed. It was good. I kept being in starters, learn and do more stuff. But that is it. I finished there. They bid farewell to us with friendly hugs and traditionally poured ice water to remember them ahahahah.

From tomorrow I finally coming back to M. B. I really miss working there and miss my friendly family and friends. We have a lot of work for tomorrow. To set up all kitchen stuff, do some mise en place to be ready for the first service after one month vacation. I know that I will keep being in fish section to teach new guy who is coming to work there. I am like always trying to do my best and how for better.
