Something interesting happened

Hello, visitors!

It has been another week. Time is going so fast. And it is a pity. And we always have what we deserve. But always need to grow up and never give up.

This week was busy but was good. I have some really interesting things to tell you.

Firstly, one day was really amusing but not easy for me because I stayed alone working like commis chef because real one was supposed to be present at some kind of event. So I was doing all stuff from the list and being responsible for everything. It was for me such an honor that my chef on fish trusted me such a mission. And I can confidently say that I managed to do everything on time and well. I do not want to seem selfish, but I can be proud of this. This gave me the knowledge that already now, I could work as a full-fledged worker. But it's still in the future.

Secondly, in the restaurant, there is really interesting and useful thing called tasting. Each week chef Erlanz chooses a dish which will be for testing today. And this week my chefs from fish and I had to present new dish "Tuna". It was like was happening always: all chefs and waiters gathered together, 6 dishes were presented, firstly everyone tastes and then goes on a detailed discussion of this dish. Of course, it could be good to understand Spanish not only "un poco" but is good then after waiters are trying to say same but in English, so we can understand.

So, now my days off almost over and I am looking forward to next work week to start. I love to work there, to learn, to be with good chefs and grow up with them.
