Hello, friends!
One more week is done. It was not so hard but was so interesting for me. Now I will tell why...
It is a pity but I do not have a lot of news from the kitchen and my activity there because I am still in my place - in the fish section. But anyway, thanks to my chef that now he is teaching me some new things from his list to do. These things are: carbonara, velute souse, different types of areas with pepper and egg yolks, dough for pasta and fillings for ravioli. It is really good to learn more and more things.

Also, need to say that few days I was sent to help to do service in Txoko restaurant because M. B. had reservation for 22 people when Txoko has 122. It was good to feel that they need me and I can help.
And, of course, the most important new from this week. M. B. had a visit by Martín Berasategui. I am so happy because had a great chance to meet in real with Chef Martín Berasategui. He has already 14 restaurants and planning to open 3 more: 2 in Madrid and 1 in Lisbon. I think that it is a dream of a lot of people working in culinary arts to work in one of his restaurants. And it is my dream as well.

Now, I am just enjoying my days off looking forward to next week. Thank you for attention!
