All day, all night

Hello to everyone!

Everything is going well but it is a pity that it is coming to the end. As I am stable in my place in fish section I do not have a lot of new from there. So, I'm doing my routine work every day trying to do it all better and faster. Thanks to my chef that my tasks have a bit of change and I learned some new technicians. For example, now I am doing gelatin spirals from reduced tuna stock by using really interesting but not easy technic. First, it is necessary to prepare correctly liquid from this stock with agar and gelatin. Then, when liquid is still hot, put in spiral plastic form and put them in water with ice. And then, in few minutes, take out stock which took the form of spiral using a big medical syringe without a needle (and it is the most difficult part). Also, when I am done with my stuff I am always trying to go to other sections to see and keep learning something new from everywhere.

But I can say that the past week was brightly filled with unforgettable impressions and positive emotions but it is about my time out spent with our team from the kitchen. In our town was passing fiesta and each day after work we had fun there. Tired but happy we were enjoying Spanish style of having fun and loving life.

And in our day off we had a party in "the Monkey beach". It was so nice": friendly company, wave noise, music and a wonderful sunset. At such moments it seems that I just want to melt in all this glory.
