Keeping up...

Hola a todos! (Hello to everybody!)

You know dear reader, sometimes is really hard to start to tell about the past week, especially when I am without any moving from the fish section and with knowing that end of my internship I will spend doing my routine job each day. But do not think that I am complaining, no... I enjoy the fact that I do. And now in the restaurant, we have some changes about chefs de partie because some of them will leave and they need to teach new ones. So, now I have new chef de partie in fish. He is learning really fast and it is so good to see how professionally he is.

Also, it needs to say that on one day of this week we had "tasting" of Wagyu (beef). It was just incredible cooked meat with so nice presentation skills and served by waiters in an interesting way. And I can say that it is one of my favorite dishes there.

So, finish is coming and I already started to prepare some documents for the institute to have everything ready on time. I never thought that would reach this so fast but it has happened.

But I am still enjoyng my time on Tenerife, working, going out, eating good food and spending time with nice people.
