"No woman, no cry"
Hello, my friends!
First of all, I can tell you that it is one of my last posts in this blog because my internship is almost finished. And I am telling that with tears in eyes because I really got used to my current life. But life is life and my last day is on 24th of August and already on 25th of this month I will fly to see my family and friends in Ukraine before coming back to study in Bulgaria. To be honest, I really miss my family there but also I am captured back to continue studying and to acquire valuable knowledge to be ready for next internship (probably in Spain again).
So, now about past week. It was good like always but I do not have to say a lot because I am without movement staying in the fish section with my daily stuff to do. But I am happy because after I have time to go around the kitchen and keep learning and helping others with different thing.
It is photos of fish dishes which we had and have now.
Also, it is a pity but I my good but last days off on Tenerife almost finished. "Everything is gonna be all right" ....
So, from now I have 3 more working days and I finish. ("No woman, no cry") .... I need to finish some documents and that will be the end.
So, waiting for my next post which I will already do at my home. I will let you know about my last days (have feeling that it will be really nice and funny because out kitchen team has amusing traditions for people who is leaving) but about it after. And I will tell you about my not easy flights which take 2 days with 3 changes but about it later as well.
