The end in itself
Hello to everyone!
To be honest, it was really hard for me to organize myself to seat and write this post with knowing that my first Michelin star internship is finished. Now I have really different feelings: sadness and joy, disappointment and delight. Anyway, how I promised in last blog I will write about my last days in M. B. and about my flights home but just for you to know it is not easy for me to finish everything with this post.
Last three days in the kitchen were exciting. I was already working even without feeling that I am tired or that it is hard... No. Conversely, I tried to enjoy the full measure of my last working days there. And all team treaded nice to us, saying "Goodbye and see you again".
Then, the next day after the end I flew home. And only after I realized how much has changed in me, a worldview, a view of life and the future. Thanks to all chef and friends who helped me with this!
Life is beautiful - enjoy it, love it and be happy.
