New beginning of study in CAI

Hello, everybody!

As was decided I will continue to update my blog each week again. The reason is a great beginning of my study, second year (3rd semester) in Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management. My main idea is to shear with you information about current months of gaining new experience and memories during the study. And I hope that it can help people who still did not decide to which university they want to enter.

So, I came back to Bulgaria, to my friends, colleagues, and chefs. I am staying in the dormitory located in the university with one of my classmates. I was happy to see again with all members of my group. We spent some time out sharing our Michelin star experience. It was really good to hear other stories and situations in which my friends have been.

Everybody is so excited. The first classes started. We already had lectures of Human resources management and Introduction to Hospitality and tourism. But the most interesting is classes Technology of culinary arts with our chef Kris. From past week I already got a lot of important and interesting information about Food and Beverage. Also, we are building our stratagies and plans for doing events which will be organaized for us to get experience in this. But more information about it I will give you in next posts.

Also, we had some time to spend with new students from CAI. We shared our experience with them and gave some tips. So, it was good time.

Therefore, beginning was great and I'm sure that everything will continue in the same spirit. Thank you for attention and more information in one week.
